How to Get Out of The "Screw It, I'll Eat What I Want" Mentality

Often times when we swear off dieting, we get stuck in the “screw it, I’ll eat what I want” mentality.

We are done with points, counting, restriction and dieting, but haven’t yet gotten into the balance and freedom we so desperately crave.
