Jenn Hand, Author Bio

Jenn Hand, NBC-NWC, is a Duke University Integrative Medicine trained Health Coach and certified Holistic Nutritionist. 


With over 5000+ hours of coaching experience, she’s worked with thousands of individuals since she began nutrition and coaching work in 2015. 

Jenn holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and went to graduate school at Clayton College for holistic nutrition. She’s spent decades studying alternative medicine, including Ayurveda, Yoga, Natural Health modalities and ways to integrate mind/body healing into her work as a nutritionist. 

As a board-certified health coach through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, she’s been sought out for speaking and workshops for Jefferson County, Denovo Crossfit, and other community organizations.



Recognized as an expert in the non-diet and food freedom movement, Jenn’s writing has been featured in the Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, Tiny Buddha, Fort Collins Magazine, NoCo Style, Thrive, and many other online and local publications.
