We all start dieting typically because we want to lose weight…so when we’re working to eat “normally“, it can feel impossible to let go of that desire.

If we want to lose weight, we can often feel like it’s “wrong”. We convince ourselves that we shouldn’t want it because we’re “supposed” to be focusing on other, more important things.
